Hi, my name is Dmitriy Razin,

founder of Floors & Home Repair LLC.

Read My Story

I came to the United States in 2003 and started my first job in flooring right away. For 10 years, I worked as an employee, mastering every detail of the trade. In 2014, I opened my own business in Sacramento, California, where I successfully completed countless residential and commercial projects - including schools, hospitals, offices, commercial and industrial facilities, military bases, courthouses, banks, jails, single - family homes, and apartments.

In 2020, I moved with my family to South Carolina, obtained my General Contractor's License, and continued serving clients with the same dedication and attention to detail. Family has always been an important part of my journey. The values of hard work, responsibility, and care that I practice at home are the same principles I bring into my business.

Today, Floors & Home Repair LLC is based near Anderson, SC, and we proudly serve the entire Upstate region - including Greenville, Spartanburg, Greenwood, Clemson, and surrounding areas. Over the years, I’ve personally worked on and led crews for a wide variety of projects, always focusing on delivering professional results, listening to my clients’ needs, and making every space better than we found it.
